Warren is an Environmental Scientist and a Certified Wetland Delineator with over 12 years of experience in wetland consulting. He assists clients by delineating and implementing wetland replacement plans for various wetland types and vegetation communities. This work includes permitting wetland delineation completion of COE, NCA and DNR permits, preparation of wetland creation and restoration plans and wetland mitigation monitoring. He also has experience performing wetland function and value assessments utilizing current approved assessment methods.

Warren has extensive experience in evaluating soil conditions and soil survey data for land application of contaminated soils, landfill leachates and wastewater effluents and develops/implements monitoring plans for such situations. He has extensive experience in subsurface soil investigation and sampling; monitoring well, piezometer and soil boring installation. He is a Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector/Installer and has experience implementing erosion control designs for construction and environmental projects as well as preparing and administrating storm water permits.

Warren received a Bachelor of Science in Soil and Water Resource Management from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis/St. Paul campus. He is a member of Wetland Professionals Association, Minnesota Association of Professional Soil Scientists, the National Society of Consulting Soil Scientists and the Soil and the Water Conservation Society.
