Michael Johnson is a Professional Engineer and Partner with Liesch. He has extensive experience in project design, research and project management particularly in the areas of air permitting, industrial wastewater treatment, and soil remediation. Michael assists clients by guiding them through air quality permit applications. This work includes analyzing rate limiting processes, determining maximum potential emissions and recommending methods to reduce air emissions. He has significant experience assisting clients with industrial wastewater treatment systems by performing mass balances on industrial plants and designing plans as well as construction methods for such systems. He serves as a liaison between clients and regulatory agencies by reducing flow rates and contamination levels in wastewater, bringing facilities into compliance. Michael obtained both his Masters in Science and his Bachelors in Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks.
