At Liesch, our staff performs a wide range of consulting services including: planning, engineering, monitoring, analysis, and permitting for industry, local government, and private property owners. Our staff prepares and amends watershed management plans; and performs simple and complex hydrologic and hydraulic analyses of watersheds, storm sewer systems and storm water treatment ponds. Additionally, we prepare feasibility studies for lakes and streams for both EPA and State programs, and investigations for surface waters and biotic populations that have been impacted by development or spills.

WATERSHED MANAGEMENT

We provide a broad range of services to local government, developers, private property owners, and other government agencies in watershed and environmental planning. These services include writing and amending watershed plans and technical standards, permit preparation and review, and technical analysis of watersheds and conveyance systems.

STORMWATER ANALYSIS AND DESIGN

We design new systems, evaluate old systems, and recognize appropriate methods for evaluating and designing these systems. We develop conveyance and treatment systems serving residential areas to multi-million dollar stormwater conveyance and treatment facilities.

WETLAND PERMITTING AND MITIGATION

Our personnel work closely with property owners or government entities to evaluate shoreland and wetland issues, and design cost-effective mitigation measuring. Services range from identifying and mitigating wetland fill, permitting, delineation, and advising local governmental units.

DREDGE MANAGEMENT

Dredge projects typically require a range of services to address technical and socioeconomic issues, including sediment profiling, regulatory liaison, disposal planning, environmental impact assessment, cost allocation, and public involvement. Our staff addresses property owners needs, regulatory requirements, and funding programs to achieve project results that are satisfactory to the many parties involved in surface water projects.
