Liesch is involved with Women Run the Cities, an annual event hosted by Minnesota Commerical Real Estate Women (MnCREW). The race proceeds go toward The Ann Bancroft Foundation, and CREW Foundation.

The Ann Bancroft Foundation encourages young women to reach their full potential through offering grants and awards, as well as mentorship placement. The CREW Foundation is committed to supporting and advancing the success of women in commerical real estate through charitable, philanthropic, and educational programs.
