Liesch has assisted both the public and private sectors develop their infrastructure plans from preliminary engineering to financing, permits and construction. Liesch is well suited to assist on any size infrastructure project involving water, wastewater, transportation, environmental review and/or environmental remediation. When working on infrastructure projects, Liesch collaborates with the client and other members of the project team to discuss objectives, schedule, and desired outcomes. We identify environmental issues and how they may affect critical path scheduling, ultimately leading to projects that are completed on schedule and on budget.
